Are your planners dated? 

Our dream planner is uniquely designed for our customers ~ our dreamers. It is undated so you can start using it at any time of the year.

What is the planner made of?

Our planner is made of 120gsm recycled paper. Made with the highest quality!

JEWELRY CARE/MATERIAL

What are your materials made of? 

Our jewelry is 18k gold plated as stated in the description. Our core metal is stainless steel dipped in real gold. 

Gold plated jewelry is an elegant yet affordable option and provides us the opportunity to offer high quality jewelry at a fraction of a price.

Is it hypoallergenic? 

Our jewelry is safe and does not contain copper, brass, or nickel (which is one of the most common metal allergen).

If you develop a skin reaction, please remove jewelry and seek medical help. 

How do I care for jewelry? 

Gold plated jewelry are delicate and must be cared for properly so that they can last a long time. It is tarnish-free with the proper care. Over time, if not cared for properly, the jewelry may discolor. Here are some tips to care for your jewelry:

  • Avoid getting any fragrance on your jewelry, putting on your pieces after you've sprayed any perfume to avoid it interacting with the metal.
  • Wait to put your jewelry on until your moisturizer is absorbed. 
  • Do not wear your gold plated jewelry while exercising, swimming or showering. 
  • Wipe your jewelry gently after wearing it with a very soft cloth or cotton ball to remove buildup of dust or dirt.
  • If possible, keep it stored in a zipper bag away from sun when not wearing to extend its life and reduce premature tarnishing or fading.

 

PROCESSING/ SHIPPING

Can I cancel my order?

You can email us at euniboutique@gmail that come to see if we can cancel the order. Note that if the item has been fulfilled and marked shipped, we are not able to make changes or cancellation to your order. 

What is the processing/ shipping time?

Processing time is 1-2 business days and shipping time is 2-3 business days ~ We always ship orders on Thursday or Friday. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can email euniboutique@gmail.com and we are happy to update you. If your order has shipped you will receive an automated email with your tracking number

What if my package is lost?

Euni Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. We understand that having a package stolen/ taken from your porch is frustrating but if a package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

What is your currency and do you charge sales tax?

All prices are in US Dollars. Sales tax applies to orders shipped and/or picked up in California State. 

I have multiple promo codes. Can I use them all?

Only one promo code can be applied per order. If you have trouble with promo code, reach out to euniboutique@gmail.com for assistance. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Please see returns/refund policy. 

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns/ exchanges made within 30 days of receiving the product. Product must not be worn and in original packaging. Exchanges are only made for damaged or defective item of the same item.

If you wish to exchange or return your product, email euniboutique@gmail.com with name, address, order number and reason for the request of exchange/return.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.
